How will Barefoot Yoga communicate with drop shipping vendors?

We are using Duoplane, which is a simple and user-friendly interface for vendors and retailers to work together. Most communications with Barefoot Yoga can be conducted either by email or through your Duoplane vendor portal, depending upon your preference. How do we communicate our available inventory levels?

There are a number of ways to do this, and you can choose the method that works best for you! Options include: emailing your inventory to us weekly (in CSV, Excel or Google Spreadsheets format), or giving us access to your hosted inventory file (via secure FTP).

How will we ship Barefoot Yoga orders?

We use FedEx and US Postal Service, and we will work with you to determine the best shipping method(s) for your products. Generally, we prefer shipping via the least expensive method, unless the customer has paid for a specific service.

Can we specify pricing for our products on barefootyoga.com?

Yes! We are happy to honor any MAP or MSRP pricing that you request.

How do we get paid?

Invoices can be submitted to Barefoot Yoga at the end of the month for all of that month's orders. Duoplane offers the option of generating invoices through their website, or you can use your own preferred method of sending invoices to us. We will pay invoices within 30-60 days of receipt.

How will returns work?

We offer our customers 30 days to return their purchases in new condition for a full refund. We prefer to have customers return their purchases directly to you, but they can also be returned to Barefoot Yoga if you prefer. We will make arrangements for them to ship the product back to your preferred location and Barefoot Yoga will cover all shipping costs.

Can we try this out to make sure it's a good fit for us?

Absolutely! We're excited to work with you to encourage the success of your products. But if you decide for any reason that it isn't a good fit, you can ask to remove your products from our site at any time.
