Where are you located? Can I come in and try something on?
We are located in Seattle, WA and are a mail order office/warehouse. We do not currently have a showroom for viewing our products. Everything is packaged and ready to ship. However, if you are in the Seattle area, know exactly what you would like to order and would like to save on the shipping cost, we can set up a mutually convenient time for picking up the item(s) at our location. Please call us at 206-272-9642 to set up an appointment. The best pick up times for us are 9:30am-5:00pm, M-F. We will have the package ready for your pick up before you come.

When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. To see if your order has shipped, login to your account.
We guarantee all of our merchandise. We take pride in the products we offer and in the service we provide. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will exchange it, replace it, or credit your account within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs (note exceptions below).
You may return unused and unwashed items only in good, saleable condition for a full refund. After 30 days if the item is still unused, unwashed and in 'like new' condition, we will issue a store credit. If returned items are used or otherwise not in 'like new' condition, they will be sent back to you at a minimum cost of $5.50.
Exceptions: 50% off sale items, customized items, special orders and any washed or worn items are non returnable.

1) A Copy of the Order Invoice (included with your order and sent by email)
2) A detailed description of how you would like us to handle your return/exchange
All returned merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition.
You are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise arranged in advance with us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and all International shipping charges are non-refundable.
Protecting your security and privacy is a top goal of ours. We contract with GeoTrust, a secure server, to take and transmit all orders. The secure server utilizes advanced data encryption to protect your privacy. When you submit your order, your personal information is encrypted to help prevent others from intercepting this data.
We take great care in storing and using your personal information. WE NEVER RENT, SELL OR DISTRIBUTE YOUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION, including your email address, to anyone else. We may use your contact information to send you occasional email notices of new products and sales. We always provide an easy way to opt-out of future mailings.

Our products are designed to aid in yoga poses. Please use good judgment and don't put yourself or others in positions using props where injury may result. We will not be held liable for injury caused by any item. Seek the advice of a qualified instructor for the proper use of yoga products.
